Start Boosts When Your Energy Level is Running Low
Once you become aware of your energy, Ampll will encourage you to start boosts to help you keep up the energy you can put into work.  Pick the boosts that work best for you, whether they involve movement, downtime, the outdoors, or your own adventure.  You can schedule gains that boost your energy, too.

Ideals are unique from person to person. During the initial setup, you'll have an opportunity to define your own ideal work day and week by setting an array of personal, modifiable work preferences. By doing so, the Ampll platform can show you how your actual activity level is trending against your ideal activity level so you clear understand why you're feeling up, down, or just right.
Quickly understand which activities are impacting your energy drain rate
Energy levels are derived from all activities that are effortlessly captured from your calendar, computer, other synched devices, or optionally logged manually by you. These activities are presented chronologically in your activity timeline on the main dashboard. Additional detail can be referenced by enabling the Calendar view.
Monitor your energy levels at work
The first feature to examine is how well Ampll represents your energy throughout the day using the energy meter. While factors "beyond the data" will always exist, our aim is for Ampll to provide a useful baseline that's roughly 80% accurate.  You can always manually adjust your energy level when it's not where you feel it should be.
Invite Your Teammates to Share and Recognize Each Other
As you become familiar with Ampll, we encourage you to invite your teammates so you can encourage each other to keep energy in balance across the team.  You can recognize each other with bolt emoji rewards when teammates boost their energy level.

Teammates can simply look at an Ampll to know when others are in a meeting, an ad hoc video conference, in focus time, in a personal event, collaborating in email or Slack, or just taking a well-deserved break.
