Scheduling Your Gains

AMPLL can also extract gains from your calendar entries.

For example, you can schedule a gain by inviting gains@ampll.com to your calendar events.

After the event has occurred, AMPLL will classify your event as an Invited Gain on your energy timeline.

You can also schedule wellbeing gains by including certain keywords, such as "workout" to your calendar events.  The current list of keywords for wellbeing include: bike, breathe, exercise, gym, jog, lunch, massage, meditate, meditation mindfulness, peloton, pilates, relax, stroll, swim, walk, workout, and yoga.  Please don't hesitate to reach out to AMPLL for other suggestions!

After the event has occurred, AMPLL will classify your event as a Wellbeing event.

Note AMPLL aims to help you stay honest with yourself.  If AMPLL detects that. you are on chat or email for too long during your scheduled Wellbeing event, it will detect that you "missed" your Wellbeing event and let you know on your energy timeline.
