Your Calendar view

While your energy timeline only shows activities that contribute to changes to your energy rules, Ampll enables you to view all your activity across connected systems, with a weekly Calendar view.

To access the calendar view, click your avatar in the upper right of your Dashboard and choose Calendar view.

The current week appears first by default.  Your can select past weeks using the Calendar week dropdown.

Some details on activities:

  • Meetings.  Meetings scheduled on your calendar appear in red.  Note that when AMPLL detects a corresponding call conference activity on your computer, it displays the actual time you attended the meeting instead of the time that was scheduled on the calendar.  AMPLL ignores deleted events, declined events, and events marked as free on your calendar.
  • Conversations.  Email, chat, and conference call activity with no corresponding meeting on the calendar are all classified as conversations and appear in orange.  In general, AMPLL detects your conversations from your computer activity, but it can also detect Slack public channel activity and email activity from the cloud if you connect those datasources.
  • Focus.  Focus, shown in cyan, is time that AMPLL believes you were working independently.  In addition to your computer activity, AMPLL classifies certain one-person appointments as focus time when specific keywords appear in the appointment title, including "focus", "plan", "compose", "write", "code", and "draw."
  • Well-being.  Time spent in wellbeing activities is depicted in green.  In general, wellbeing activities are classified when specific keywords appear in the appointment title, including "lunch", "workout", "walk", "meditation", "yoga", etc.
